The owners of this website redirect enquiries to third-party professionals. We do not directly provide tree removal, lopping, pruning, stump grinding or any other tree service. Every job arranged through this site is carried out by an independent contractor.
We do not verify contractors
We do not inspect or verify the licensing, certification, insurance or competence of any contractor referred through this site. We expect contractors to represent their qualifications, insurance and experience accurately, but we do not check that they have.
Before work starts, ask the contractor for evidence of their current public liability insurance, their workers compensation cover, and the qualifications of the person carrying out the work. Verify those with the contractor and with the relevant issuing authority or licensing body. This is not a formality — tree work is high-risk work carried out on your property, and the cover matters if something goes wrong.
Agreements are between you and the contractor
Any agreement for work is made directly between the contractor and the customer. We are not a party to it. We will not be involved in disputes or disagreements between contractors and customers, and those should be resolved between the parties, with independent advice where needed.
We are not responsible for damage, loss, delay or disagreement arising from the use of this website to connect contractors with customers.
