These terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses this website, operated by Northern Beaches Tree Loppers. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What the service is
This website is a referral service. It provides general information about tree work on the Northern Beaches and arranges for enquiries to be passed to independent tree contractors. We do not carry out tree work ourselves.
Any contract for tree work is formed between you and the contractor. Scope, price, timing, workmanship, insurance and licensing are matters between you and them, and we are not a party to that agreement. We are not liable for a contractor's acts or omissions, and we do not mediate disputes between contractors and customers.
Information on this site is general
Content on these pages, including anything said about council approvals, the 10/50 vegetation clearing entitlement, tree species, pricing ranges or methods, is general information published for a general audience. It is not professional arboricultural, legal or safety advice about your tree, and it may become out of date as regulations change.
Get advice specific to your site from a qualified person who has inspected it, and confirm any approval requirement with Northern Beaches Council directly before work begins.
Quotes and enquiries
Any price range published on this site is indicative only and is not an offer. A quote for your job is made by the contractor after assessing the site, and it is theirs to honour or withdraw. Making an enquiry through this site does not oblige you to accept a quote, and does not oblige any contractor to provide one.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site unlawfully, do not attempt to interfere with its operation or security, do not scrape or reproduce its content for commercial purposes without permission, and do not submit false information or another person's details without their consent. Content on this site is protected by copyright and remains the property of its owner.
Third-party links and embedded services
This site links to external websites and embeds third-party services such as quote forms and maps. We do not control those and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state. If any provision is found invalid, the rest continues to apply.
